The Food
2 -Pickled Onion
Just wow - it was pickled in battery acid, just about dissolved my tongue. It did have crunch, though.
3 -Pickle
This too dissolved everything it touched, perhaps that's why it was served in and asbestos cup.  Hate those paper cups, just put is on the plate.
8 -Cheese / Ham
Cheese was nice, Good quantity, smooth and tasty.  Really very nice.
7 -Bread
Bread was certainly suitable.  Perhaps a par bake, but robust, good texture, filling and full of lovely flavour
4 -Spread
Butter,  In a packet, but was good, and a spreadable temperature.
2 -Presentation
Presentation was distinctly average - neither rustic nor stylish, but just sent out.
3 -Salad. Salad was fresh and crisp, but far too much pepper, which is odd considering the price of it. Would have been better investing the money on the Onion.
1 -Originality. No originality at all. This seems a bit harsh, but that's the way it is.

Beverages

6 - Tea.  An average cuppa with a bag, but water not hot enough as usual.  Get a kettle!

The venue

6 -Service.  Service was good.  Polite & efficient staff.  Only tied by the strictures of the management - so 10  for the staff, but dragged down by the corporate conveyor belt service style.
8 -Atmosphere.  Atmosphere was very good, lovely place.
5 -Location. Stunning location.
5 -Toilets. Spot on!
